S\u0101dhana signifie \u00ab<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> pratique d&rsquo;une discipline spirituelle \u00bb<\/span><\/strong>. L&rsquo;auteur d\u00e9crit deux formes de yoga : kriy\u0101 yoga (yoga des techniques) et a\u1e63\u1e6d\u0101\u1e45ga yoga, le yoga \u00e0 huit branches.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Le kriy\u0101 yoga<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le kriy\u0101 yoga, ou <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">yoga de l&rsquo;action est la pratique de tapas<\/span><\/strong> (ardeur dans l&rsquo;asc\u00e8se), de sv\u0101dhy\u0101ya (\u00e9tude des textes sacr\u00e9s) et de \u012b\u015bvara-pra\u1e47idh\u0101na (d\u00e9votion au divin). La pratique combin\u00e9e de ces trois points a pour effet de diminuer l&#8217;emprise des cinq kle\u015ba (afflictions). Suivent diverses techniques spirituelles: distinguer l&rsquo;impermanent du permanent ou encore l&rsquo;illusion du r\u00e9el, annihiler le sentiment de son importance ou encore celui de son individualit\u00e9 (aha\u1e43k\u0101ra), m\u00e9diter, dissocier celui qui voit de ce qui est vu.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">L&rsquo;a\u1e63\u1e6d\u0101\u1e45ga yoga<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Voici les huit \u00ab membres \u00bb<\/span> <\/strong>(a\u1e45ga), \u00e9tapes ou branches du r\u0101ja-yoga, telles que recens\u00e9es par Pata\u00f1jali dans l&rsquo;a\u1e63\u1e6d\u0101\u1e45ga-yoga:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 1- Yama<\/span><\/strong>, les devoirs moraux \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires envers les autres comme envers soi-m\u00eame (attitudes justes fondamentales ; les Lois de Manu pr\u00e9cisent qu&rsquo;il faut \u00ab que le sage observe constamment les devoirs moraux (Yamas) avec plus d&rsquo;attention que les devoirs pieux (Niyamas), celui qui n\u00e9glige les devoirs moraux d\u00e9choit m\u00eame lorsqu&rsquo;il observe les devoirs pieux \u00bb):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ahi\u1e43s\u0101 : ne pas tuer ou blesser des \u00eatres vivants, en pens\u00e9es, en paroles et en actes, directement, indirectement ou par consentement (non-violence)<\/li>\n<li>satya : avoir une vue impartiale des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, pour le bien de toutes les cr\u00e9atures (v\u00e9rit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>asteya : discerner ce qui est l\u00e9gitime de ce qui ne l&rsquo;est pas (respect de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, absence de vol, honn\u00eatet\u00e9, probit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>brahmacarya : \u00ab comportement qui m\u00e8ne au Brahman \u00bb (contr\u00f4le des sens)<\/li>\n<li>aparigraha : rester libre de superflu et de possessions (non-possessivit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 2- Niyama<\/span><\/strong> : la discipline morale consistant en la pratique d&rsquo;exercices spirituels pour acqu\u00e9rir cinq vertus :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u015bauca<\/em> : la puret\u00e9<\/li>\n<li><em>santo\u1e63a<\/em> : la mod\u00e9ration ou contentement de peu<\/li>\n<li><em>tapas<\/em> : la force d&rsquo;\u00e2me acquise par l&rsquo;asc\u00e8se<\/li>\n<li><em>sv\u0101dhy\u0101ya<\/em> : la connaissance de soi, acquise notamment par la lecture des textes sacr\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li><em>\u012b\u015bvara-pra\u1e47idh\u0101na&nbsp;<\/em>: la foi acquise par la m\u00e9ditation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 3- \u0100sana<\/span><\/strong> : les postures rituelles du yoga.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 4- Pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101ma<\/span><\/strong> : la discipline du souffle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 5- Praty\u0101h\u0101ra<\/span><\/strong> : la concentration par r\u00e9traction des sens.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 6- Dh\u0101ra\u1e47\u0101<\/span><\/strong> : la concentration ou fixation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 mentale sur un point du corps ou un objet ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 7- Dhy\u0101na<\/span><\/strong> : la m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u25ba 8- Sam\u0101dhi<\/span><\/strong> : la contemplation, la communion spirituelle et accomplissement du r\u0101jayoga.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>L&rsquo;enseignement bas\u00e9 sur les Yoga s\u016btra de Pata\u00f1jali se nomme le <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">yoga-dar\u015bana<\/span><\/strong>. Cette expression est compos\u00e9e de deux termes :<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Yoga<\/span> <\/strong>( \u092f\u094b\u0917 en devan\u0101gar\u012b) est un terme sanskrit qui d\u00e9signe un ensemble de pratiques visant la fusion du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit vers l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 et la paix int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Dar\u015bana<\/span><\/strong> ( \u0926\u0930\u094d\u0936\u0928 en devan\u0101gar\u012b) ce terme sanskrit signifie vue, vision; aspect, en philosophie: m\u00e9thode, point de vue doctrinal, \u00e9cole de pens\u00e9e, syst\u00e8me philosophique, doctrine de salut.<br \/>\nDans la philosophie hindoue Il y a six dar\u015bana (\u00e9coles de pens\u00e9e ou point de vue) principaux. Le yoga est un de ceux-l\u00e0.
