Ils synth\u00e9tisent toutes les pratiques du Vajrayana, le v\u00e9hicule de Diamant.<\/p>\n<p>Ils r\u00e9v\u00e8lent la technique de <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">toumo<\/span><\/strong>, la chaleur int\u00e9rieure qui permet de demeurer l&rsquo;hiver dans les grottes et ermitages de montagne, sans ressentir le froid, comme le faisait le po\u00e8te-yogi Milar\u00e9pa. Mais Namgyal pr\u00e9cise que cette technique de m\u00e9ditation permet aussi d&rsquo;<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">atteindre la b\u00e9atitude de l&rsquo;\u00e9veil<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">yoga du r\u00eave<\/span><\/strong> donne les pratiques permettant de demeurer conscient dans son sommeil et de visiter les \u00abTerres de Bouddha\u00bb. Le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">yoga de la Claire Lumi\u00e8re<\/span><\/strong> offre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser la Lumi\u00e8re primordiale qui demeure entre deux pens\u00e9es comme au coeur de la nuit. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Powa<\/span> <\/strong>permet de sortir consciemment de son corps. Enfin, le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">yoga du bardo<\/span><\/strong> utilise le passage de la mort comme une voie de lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Ces yogas sont attribu\u00e9s au <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">grand ma\u00eetre tantrique Naropa <\/span><\/strong>mais leur origine demeure myst\u00e9rieuse.<\/p>\n<p><em>Takpo Tashi Namgyal (1511-1587) appartenait \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole Drugpa Kagyu. Il \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois un grand yogi et un grand \u00e9rudit.
