Ensuite, au sortir de l&rsquo;exposition, une contre r\u00e9gulation se produit et diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes s&rsquo;activent pour un retour au calme (syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome parasympathique), entra\u00eenant une <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration tissulaire<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">(Partie 2)<\/span><\/strong> Rituel dans <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">une chambre de cryoth\u00e9rapie<\/span><\/strong>: 30 sec \u00e0 -10\u00b0, 30 sec \u00e0 -60\u00b0 puis enfin 2 min \u00e0 -110\u00b0.
