Les personnes de constitution Vata indiquent qu\u2019ils se sentent moins enclins \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou \u00e0 la dispersion au cours de la journ\u00e9e, lorsqu\u2019ils font r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un massage le matin.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, c<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">hacun pourrait tirer un \u00e9norme profit de ce r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage de Vata d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la journ\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong>. La peau comporte en effet des milliers de nerfs cutan\u00e9s, reli\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque partie du corps. La science reconna\u00eet \u00e9galement que la peau est l\u2019un des principaux producteurs d\u2019hormones endocrines.<\/p>\n<p>En termes scientifiques, la fa\u00e7on dont op\u00e8re le massage du matin est d\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">apaiser les deux syst\u00e8mes majeurs du corps<\/span><\/strong>: le syst\u00e8me nerveux et le syst\u00e8me endocrinien. Il n\u2019est donc nullement surprenant que dans les temps antiques le sage Charaka ait fait abondamment l\u2019\u00e9loge de la pratique de l\u2019abhyanga, en soutenant que cela permettait de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la peau, de tonifier les muscles, d\u2019\u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s et de promouvoir la long\u00e9vit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vous masser est aussi un bon moyen de commencer la journ\u00e9e d\u00e9tendu, se que l\u2019Ayurv\u00e9da consid\u00e8re comme extr\u00eamement important.
