S\u2019il a lieu avant la douche, faites bien attention de ne pas trop savonner le corps, afin de ne pas \u00e9liminer toute l\u2019huile que vous avez mise.<\/p>\n<p>Prenez un peu d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same ou de moutarde dans la main gauche, trempez l\u2019annulaire droit dans cette huile et faites douze petits cercles dans le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">nombril<\/span><\/strong>, dans le sens des aiguilles d\u2019une montre. Le nombril, c\u2019est le centre de gravit\u00e9, le centre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique par excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Puis posez une goutte d\u2019huile sur la racine de tous les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">ongles<\/span><\/strong>, ceux des orteils et ceux des doigts.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, mettez une goutte dans chaque <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">narine<\/span> <\/strong>et dans les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">oreilles<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Puis au <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">sommet de la t\u00eate<\/span><\/strong>, entre les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">sourcils<\/span><\/strong>, sur la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">gorge<\/span><\/strong>, au <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">milieux du sternum<\/span><\/strong> sur le c\u0153ur, sur le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">plexus solaire<\/span><\/strong>, de nouveau dans le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">nombril<\/span><\/strong>, puis sur le<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> bas ventre<\/span><\/strong>, \u00e0 la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">racine de la colonne vert\u00e9brale<\/span><\/strong>, ainsi que sur toutes les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">articulations&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>: sur les genoux, les chevilles, les aines, les poignets, les coudes, en terminant par les \u00e9paules.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous vous sentez d\u2019humeur indolente ou si vous \u00eates press\u00e9, ce sera suffisant.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Kiran Vyas, Le massage indien, Ed.
