Il est vrai que leurs buts principaux doivent faire partie de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du yoga, mais on peut y arriver par d&rsquo;autres moyens.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">A \u00e9couter ci-dessous<\/span><\/strong>, une lecture d&rsquo;un extrait de: La Synthese des Yogas II &#8211; <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le Yoga de la connaissance integrale<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; Le Yoga de l&rsquo;amour divin,\u00a0de Sri Aurobindo<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes du yoga int\u00e9gral, en effet, doivent \u00eatre essentiellement spirituelles, et d\u00e9pendre \u00e0 une grande \u00e9chelle de m\u00e9thodes physiques ou de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s psychiques ou psycho-physiques st\u00e9r\u00e9otyp\u00e9s, c&rsquo;est substituer un fonctionnement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 un fonctionnement sup\u00e9rieur.
