Autrement dit, plus on est identifi\u00e9 \u00e0 son mental, plus on souffre. Ce n&rsquo;est rien d&rsquo;autre qu&rsquo;une sorte d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique mentale qui n&rsquo;a pas de raison d&rsquo;\u00eatre r\u00e9elle. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">A proprement parler, ce n&rsquo;est pas vous qui pensez, c&rsquo;est seulement la pens\u00e9e qui se produit.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais pour la plupart des gens, ce n&rsquo;est pas ce qui se passe. \u00ab\u00a0Je pense\u00a0\u00bb est un \u00e9nonc\u00e9 qui est aussi faux que \u00ab\u00a0Je dig\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Je fais circuler mon sang\u00a0\u00bb. La digestion se produit, la circulation de sang se fait et la pens\u00e9e se produit aussi. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">La petite voix dans sa t\u00eate a sa vie \u00e0 Elle<\/span><\/strong>. La plupart des gens sont \u00e0 sa merci, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;ils sont poss\u00e9d\u00e9s par la pens\u00e9e, par le mental.
