Au m\u00eame titre que les moudra des mains, du corps, de la langue, etc, il s&rsquo;agit de gestes qui permettent de <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">canaliser le flux des \u00e9nergies, et par l\u00e0-m\u00eame des pens\u00e9es<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Les yeux sont les portes du mental et lui sont intimement li\u00e9s. S&rsquo;ils sont fixes, le mental se fixe \u00bb Satyananda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Elles peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9es isol\u00e9ment, comme des techniques autonomes, mais elles trouvent commun\u00e9ment leur place lors des m\u00e9ditations, ainsi que durant la pratique des postures ou les exercices respiratoires.<\/p>\n<p>Les points de fixation du regard sont nombreux et les techniques de fixation du regard peuvent \u00eatre simples ou sophistiqu\u00e9es.
