Ce yoga est pratiqu\u00e9 par les yogis indiens depuis la nuit des temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le kurma yoga enseigne 31 \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e9sors\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>, soit cinq s\u00e9ries de six tr\u00e9sors et un dernier qui est<br \/>\nunique : le secret de l&rsquo;immortalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Apparurent d\u2019abord les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">six instruments<\/span><\/strong> n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la pratique du yoga, puis les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">six pouss\u00e9es fondamentales<\/span><\/strong> qui permettent de pratiquer facilement la totalit\u00e9 des postures de yoga. Apparurent ensuite la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie des <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">six chakras respiratoires<\/span><\/strong> qui permettent de pratiquer 720 niveaux de respiration, puis vinrent les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">six \u00e9tapes de la mont\u00e9e de Kundalini<\/span><\/strong> suivis des <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">six niveaux de conscience<\/span><\/strong>.
