Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la relaxation profonde, il est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur le sol comme on suspend son manteau au porte-manteau. Puis on en vient \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit et, pour marquer le passage et la transition,<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> on construit mentalement un pont de lumi\u00e8re<\/span><\/strong>. Faute de visualiser une aurore bor\u00e9ale, cela va \u00eatre un pont arc-en-ciel avec les sept couleurs.
