Nous arrivons \u00e0 un stade mental o\u00f9 les sensations sont volontairement amen\u00e9es \u00e0 la surface, puis \u00e9limin\u00e9es ou rejet\u00e9es. A ce stade, le mental a cess\u00e9 de r\u00e9agir aux informations venues du dehors ou du corps, et les sens lui sont soumis, ce qui constitue une inversion du cheminement habituel des sensations. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Des sensations dot\u00e9es d&rsquo;une forte charge psychologique sont rappel\u00e9es ou \u00e9veill\u00e9es, \u00e9prouv\u00e9es aussi intens\u00e9ment que possible, puis cong\u00e9di\u00e9es<\/span><\/strong>. Ces sensations comprennent en particulier la chaleur, le froid; la douleur, le plaisir; la lourdeur, la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, aussi bien que l&rsquo;amour, la haine, la jalousie, la peur et la col\u00e8re.
