Ce n&rsquo;est pas aussi dur qu&rsquo;il y para\u00eet, car le mental ignore spontan\u00e9ment nombre de stimuli externes et ne s\u00e9lectionne que ce qui l&rsquo;int\u00e9resse. Nous essayons dans <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">pratyahara<\/span> <\/strong>de d\u00e9velopper cette fonction naturelle et d&rsquo;arriver au point o\u00f9 tous ces stimuli sont laiss\u00e9s pour compte.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Or le mental ressemble \u00e0 un gosse espi\u00e8gle:<\/span><\/strong> il fait le contraire de ce que nous voulons qu&rsquo;il fasse. Aussi, quand nous essayons de nous fermer aux donn\u00e9es des sens, le mental r\u00e9pond en les intensifiant.
