L&rsquo;individu obtient alors la plus large expression de soi possible. Une fois que ceci est acquis, le vrai contentement survient. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que cette expression et ce d\u00e9veloppement total de la personnalit\u00e9 se manifestent, l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain reste malheureux. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Toutes les composantes du mental doivent \u00eatre harmonis\u00e9es pour que la vraie s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 s&rsquo;instaure \u00e0 demeure<\/span><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (Swami Satyananda, citation d&rsquo;un discours).<\/p>\n<p>Autrement dit, le but du yoga est un. Entendons-nous bien: il est un, pas double. Ce but unique est <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des obstacles qui emp\u00eachent l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain de profiter pleinement de la vie<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser ce but, les sages yogis ont mis au point des m\u00e9thodes perfectionn\u00e9es et test\u00e9es depuis des mill\u00e9naires. Elles font appel aux ressources naturelles de la personne et elles se servent de toutes les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de la vie quotidienne qui choisit de rester. Il ne lamine pas la personnalit\u00e9. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Il l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve pour faire progresser l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain sur la voie qui est celle de son \u00e9panouissement<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il est remarquable que nous cherchions dehors &#8211; dans les drogues ou les divertissements &#8211; les moyens d&rsquo;un bien-\u00eatre qui se trouvent au-dedans.
