Et elles s\u2019en servent comme instruments d\u2019acquisition de la sagesse. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">L\u2019\u00e9quilibre n\u2019est jamais donn\u00e9 d\u2019embl\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong>. Voyez le temps que met un b\u00e9b\u00e9 pour le trouver, lui qui apprend si vite, et la grande aventure de ses premiers pas. Les traditions chinoises et japonaises ont donc retenu une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestes et attitudes \u00e0 cultiver pour rechercher l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, celui du corps entra\u00eenant celui de l\u2019\u00e2me et vice versa [&#8230;]\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">La d\u00e9licatesse du geste de calligraphe commence d\u00e8s l&rsquo;instant o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on saisit le pinceau<\/span><\/strong> par le milieu du manche et du bout des cinq doigts. Cette saisie tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise et tr\u00e8s ferme commande la suite. Les gestes qui seront faits ne seront pas une petite agitation du bout des doigts: non seulement ils seront des gestes d&rsquo;un bras et d&rsquo;un poignet souples, mails<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> ils viendront du centre du corps (le \u00ab\u00a0<em>hara\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, centre vital) et seront anim\u00e9s par la respiration<\/span><\/strong>. Ce ne sont pas des gestes purement tourn\u00e9s vers l&rsquo;objectivation, l\u00e0, devant nous, mais des gestes dans lesquels nous nous engageons tout entier, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 notre inconscient inclusivement.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi il y a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de qualit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre dans ce geste. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Comme tous les gestes vivants, c&rsquo;est un \u00e9quilibre qui doit int\u00e9grer beaucoup d&rsquo;air, il doit respirer<\/span><\/strong>. Tant que nous restons intimid\u00e9s, maladroits, constip\u00e9s, resserr\u00e9s, nous vacillons, nous barbouillons. Il faut beaucoup travailler pour le \u00ab\u00a0purifier\u00a0\u00bb. Un beau geste, patiemment r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 et bien mis au point, devenu enfin naturel, est un geste \u00ab\u00a0pur\u00a0\u00bb. Les pratiquants de yoga peuvent faire la comparaison avec, par exemple, un \u00e9quilibre debout sur un pied: <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">cet \u00e9quilibre peut devenir pur et beau lorsqu&rsquo;il est d\u00e9crisp\u00e9 et bien respir\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>.
