Cette pratique permet de d\u00e9couvrir comment le corps peut gagner en fluidit\u00e9 lorsque l\u2019\u00e9coute et la confiance prennent davantage de place.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de cette matin\u00e9e, nous prendrons le temps d\u2019approfondir certaines bases tout en explorant des encha\u00eenements simples et accessibles. La respiration, le regard, les appuis et la communication seront au c\u0153ur de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, afin de construire une pratique stable et agr\u00e9able pour chacun.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous explorerons ensemble :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le rel\u00e2chement dans l\u2019action<\/span><\/strong> : apprendre \u00e0 distinguer effort utile et tensions inutiles, afin de rendre les postures plus fluides et plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le travail du centre et des appuis<\/span><\/strong> : comprendre comment le placement du bassin, du souffle et du regard influence directement l\u2019\u00e9quilibre dans les postures \u00e0 deux.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le jeu et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong> : exp\u00e9rimenter des variations simples qui permettent de d\u00e9velopper la confiance, l\u2019adaptation et le plaisir de pratiquer ensemble.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette matin\u00e9e est pens\u00e9e comme un espace d\u2019exploration accessible, o\u00f9 chacun peut d\u00e9couvrir ses possibilit\u00e9s sans pression ni recherche de performance. L\u2019Acro Yoga y devient un support de pr\u00e9sence, de coop\u00e9ration et de vitalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Aucune exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable en acrobatie n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire<\/span><\/strong>. Il est possible de venir seul ou accompagn\u00e9.
