Cette matin\u00e9e propose une premi\u00e8re approche simple et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e, ouverte \u00e0 celles et ceux qui souhaitent d\u00e9couvrir les bases sans recherche de performance.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette initiation, nous prendrons le temps d\u2019explorer les trois r\u00f4les essentiels de la pratique : la base, qui soutient ; le flyer, qui se laisse porter ; et le pareur, qui veille \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du duo. Cette dimension du pareur sera particuli\u00e8rement importante, afin que chacun puisse exp\u00e9rimenter dans un cadre clair, progressif et rassurant.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous explorerons ensemble :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">La confiance et la communication<\/span><\/strong> : apprendre \u00e0 donner une consigne simple, \u00e0 \u00e9couter le retour de l\u2019autre, \u00e0 ajuster le contact et \u00e0 construire une pratique dans laquelle chacun reste pleinement acteur.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Les bases corporelles de l\u2019Acro Yoga<\/span><\/strong> : comprendre comment utiliser l\u2019alignement, l\u2019appui, le poids du corps et la respiration pour cr\u00e9er de la stabilit\u00e9 sans forcer inutilement.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Les premi\u00e8res postures accessibles<\/span><\/strong> : d\u00e9couvrir quelques formes simples, progressives et adapt\u00e9es aux d\u00e9butants, avec une attention port\u00e9e au ressenti et au plaisir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette matin\u00e9e est une invitation \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter autrement le rapport au corps, \u00e0 l\u2019autre et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. L\u2019Acro Yoga permet de d\u00e9velopper la pr\u00e9sence, la confiance, l\u2019\u00e9coute et la coop\u00e9ration, dans un esprit joyeux et bienveillant.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Aucune exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable en acrobatie n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire<\/span><\/strong>. Il est possible de venir seul ou accompagn\u00e9.
