Ce temps particulier favorise une mise en disponibilit\u00e9, une orientation claire de l\u2019attention et une qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence qui accompagne ensuite toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ce cycle de 22 jours est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 un Kriya intensif, une pratique centrale du Kundalini Yoga reconnue pour sa puissance et sa profondeur<\/span><\/strong>. Elle agit directement sur l\u2019axe du corps, stimule l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale et favorise une circulation fluide entre les diff\u00e9rents centres.
