Ce temps particulier favorise une mise en disponibilit\u00e9, une orientation claire de l\u2019attention et une qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence qui accompagne ensuite toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ce cycle de 22 jours est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 un Kriya visant l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de Prana et Apana, deux forces fondamentales du souffle et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale<\/span><\/strong>. Prana est li\u00e9 au mouvement ascendant, \u00e0 l\u2019inspiration et \u00e0 l\u2019expansion, tandis qu\u2019Apana correspond au mouvement descendant, \u00e0 l\u2019ancrage et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9limination.
