Elle repose sur une id\u00e9e simple et directe : <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">le corps peut entrer dans le rire sans attendre une raison ext\u00e9rieure, et en recevoir imm\u00e9diatement les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir d\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">exercices accessibles<\/span><\/strong>, m\u00ealant respiration, mouvement et rires induits, la pratique permet de rel\u00e2cher progressivement les tensions et de retrouver une forme de spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 souvent mise de c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans le quotidien. Le rire, m\u00eame provoqu\u00e9 au d\u00e9part, devient peu \u00e0 peu naturel et communicatif, soutenu par la dynamique du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Ces s\u00e9ances ne s\u2019appuient ni sur l\u2019humour ni sur la performance. Elles proposent un cadre simple, o\u00f9 chacun peut entrer \u00e0 son rythme, sans pr\u00e9requis. Le corps est engag\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re douce, la respiration s\u2019approfondit, et un espace se cr\u00e9e pour <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">laisser \u00e9merger une \u00e9nergie plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et plus vivante<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil des rencontres, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience s\u2019affine.
