Dans cette approche r\u00e9volutionnaire, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">le squelette ne \u00ab\u00a0porte\u00a0\u00bb pas le corps ; il flotte dans un r\u00e9seau de tissus<\/span><\/strong> \u00e9lastiques \u2014 les fascias \u2014 qui distribuent les forces et absorbent les chocs.<\/p>\n<p>Comprendre la tens\u00e9grit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est comprendre pourquoi une tension dans la plante du pied peut limiter la flexion de votre nuque, ou comment l&rsquo;engagement d&rsquo;une main peut all\u00e9ger tout votre buste. Cet atelier propose de quitter la vision segmentaire du corps pour <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">entrer dans l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de la globalit\u00e9 et de la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous explorerons ensemble :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">La toile fasciale<\/span> <\/strong>: une exploration sensitive de ces tissus qui enveloppent chaque muscle et chaque organe. Comment \u00ab\u00a0accorder\u00a0\u00bb cette toile pour que l&rsquo;effort de la posture soit r\u00e9parti sur tout le corps plut\u00f4t que sur quelques articulations isol\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">L\u2019art de la suspension<\/span><\/strong> : pratiquer les asanas (postures) en cherchant l&rsquo;expansion plut\u00f4t que la contraction. Nous verrons comment cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;espace \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des articulations (hanches, \u00e9paules, vert\u00e8bres) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des directions de force oppos\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le regard du kin\u00e9<\/span> <\/strong>: nous apprendrons \u00e0 identifier les \u00ab\u00a0zones de silence\u00a0\u00bb (o\u00f9 le mouvement ne passe plus) et \u00e0 les r\u00e9int\u00e9grer dans la dynamique globale pour une pratique sans effort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cet atelier est <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">un voyage dans la biom\u00e9canique du vivant<\/span><\/strong>.
