Dans cet atelier de synth\u00e8se, nous quittons l&rsquo;approche segmentaire pour <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">aborder la colonne comme un ensemble dynamique et ondulatoire<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi certaines postures semblent-elles lourdes et fatigantes alors que d&rsquo;autres paraissent sans effort ? La r\u00e9ponse r\u00e9side dans la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">coordination globale de l&rsquo;axe<\/span><\/strong>. Cet atelier propose de relier les lombaires, le thorax et les cervicales dans un mouvement unifi\u00e9, pour retrouver la gr\u00e2ce naturelle de la colonne en mouvement.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous explorerons ensemble :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le concept de tensegrit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong> : une exploration sensitive pour comprendre comment l&rsquo;engagement du sommet du cr\u00e2ne et l&rsquo;ancrage des pieds cr\u00e9ent un espace de d\u00e9compression automatique pour vos vert\u00e8bres. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;art de l&rsquo;auto-grandissement sans tension.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">L\u2019onde vert\u00e9brale<\/span><\/strong> : pratiquer des encha\u00eenements fluides (inspir\u00e9s des Salutations au Soleil) en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur la propagation du mouvement. Apprendre \u00e0 bouger \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;axe\u00a0\u00bb plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;avec les membres, pour une pratique plus \u00e9conomique et plus puissante.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le regard du kin\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>: comprendre les cha\u00eenes musculaires qui relient votre nuque \u00e0 vos talons.
