Cette mani\u00e8re de faire peut progressivement fatiguer, voire <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">d\u00e9tourner du sens m\u00eame de ce qui est entrepris<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous introduirons <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">les bases du Karma Yoga<\/span><\/strong>, en les abordant de mani\u00e8re simple et concr\u00e8te. Il s\u2019agira d\u2019explorer une autre mani\u00e8re d\u2019entrer dans l\u2019action, en observant ce qui se met en place int\u00e9rieurement lorsque l\u2019on agit.<\/p>\n<p>Nous verrons comment certaines attitudes peuvent all\u00e9ger la relation \u00e0 l\u2019action, en modifiant le rapport \u00e0 l\u2019effort, au r\u00e9sultat et \u00e0 l\u2019implication personnelle. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Cela ouvre un espace o\u00f9 l\u2019action reste pr\u00e9sente, tout en devenant plus fluide et plus ajust\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des temps de pratique seront propos\u00e9s, afin d\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">exp\u00e9rimenter ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments dans des situations simples<\/span><\/strong>.
