Apr\u00e8s avoir explor\u00e9 les transformations du corps et les mani\u00e8res d\u2019en prendre soin, il s\u2019agit ici d\u2019aborder cette \u00e9tape comme <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">un d\u00e9placement plus profond dans la mani\u00e8re d\u2019habiter sa vie<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9nopause n\u2019est pas seulement une transition physiologique. Elle peut \u00eatre v\u00e9cue comme <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">un changement d\u2019orientation<\/span><\/strong>. Progressivement, quelque chose se d\u00e9place. Ce qui \u00e9tait orient\u00e9 vers l\u2019action, les responsabilit\u00e9s, le fait de tenir et de r\u00e9pondre, laisse place \u00e0 une autre qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence, plus tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019\u00e9coute, la compr\u00e9hension et le lien \u00e0 soi.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 porter attention \u00e0 ce qui change dans le rapport au corps, dans le rapport au temps, dans la place que l\u2019on occupe et dans la mani\u00e8re de se relier \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame.
