Le jour vint o\u00f9 ce fut moi qui perdis patience, et je me d\u00e9cidai \u00e0 confesser que d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas en mesure de bander l\u2019arc de la mani\u00e8re prescrite. \u00ab&nbsp;Si vous ne le pouvez pas, m\u2019expliqua le ma\u00eetre, c\u2019est parce que <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">vous ne respirez pas selon les r\u00e8gles<\/span><\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019inspiration, refoulez doucement le souffle&nbsp;; pendant un moment, conservez-le l\u00e0, \u00e0 cet endroit, ainsi la paroi abdominale se d\u00e9tendra mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment. Ensuite, expirez \u00e0 fond, le plus lentement et le plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement possible&nbsp;; \u00e0 nouveau, inspirez vivement et continuez ainsi en une alternance d\u2019inspiration et d\u2019expiration dont le rythme s\u2019\u00e9tablira tout doucement de lui-m\u00eame\u2026 Alors, ex\u00e9cutant tout cela d\u00fbment, vous constaterez que le tir \u00e0 l\u2019arc deviendra pour vous plus facile chaque jour.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> (E.
