{"id":3911,"date":"2017-04-05T19:03:29","date_gmt":"2017-04-05T17:03:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?p=3911"},"modified":"2025-12-23T13:46:55","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T12:46:55","slug":"lautre-et-soi-meme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?p=3911","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019autre et soi-m\u00eame"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Au milieu du second chapitre des Yoga Sutr\u00e2, quand il entreprend l\u2019expos\u00e9 d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des \u00ab huit membres du yoga \u00bb,<em> astanga yoga<\/em>, qui forme le chemin de la s\u00e2dhana, la pratique, Patanjali pr\u00e9cise en deux s\u00fbtra les bases de ce que doit \u00eatre le v\u00e9cu relationnel et personnel d\u2019un yogi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Ahims\u00e2 satya asteya brahmacharya aparigrah\u00e2 yam\u00e2h<\/em> \u00bb :<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"> \u00ab Ne pas nuire, \u00eatre vrai, ne pas voler, ne pas \u00eatre esclave des sens, ne pas entasser, constituent les r\u00e8gles (\u00e0 respecter dans la relation \u00e0 autrui) \u00bb<\/span><\/strong> (Y.S. II.30).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Shauca samtosha tapah sv\u00e2dhy\u00e2ya \u00eeshvarapranidh\u00e2n\u00e2ni niyam\u00e2h<\/em> \u00bb : <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Purification, s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, asc\u00e8se, connaissance de soi, l\u00e2cher-prise, constituent les observances (\u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre dans sa vie personnelle) \u00bb<\/span> <\/strong>(Y.S. II.31).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ces cinq r\u00e8gles et ces cinq observances<\/span> <\/strong>\u2013 cinq \u00e9tant le nombre du vivant \u2013 sont avant tout destin\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00ab baliser \u00bb le long parcours lib\u00e9rateur du yogi<\/span><\/strong>, en facilitant ses relations avec les autres et avec lui-m\u00eame. Car comment aller vers la paix et l\u2019unit\u00e9, lorsqu\u2019on vit dans les conflits et les d\u00e9sunions ?<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit sur ces \u00ab dix commandements du yoga \u00bb, comme on les a parfois nomm\u00e9s. Certains y retrouvant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de morale chr\u00e9tienne mal v\u00e9cue, s\u2019y sentent mal \u00e0 l\u2019aise. D\u2019autres pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les ignorer purement et simplement. Pourtant, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">ce code \u00e9thique qui fait preuve d\u2019une remarquable connaissance psychologique, est incontournable si l\u2019on veut r\u00e9ellement progresser en yoga<\/span><\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0, en fait, d\u2019une des plus puissantes polarit\u00e9s mise au service de la vie quotidienne du yogi. D\u2019un ensemble de \u00ab clignotants \u00bb tout \u00e0 fait pr\u00e9cis, nous permettant de savoir o\u00f9 nous en sommes \u00e0 chaque instant, et particuli\u00e8rement dans les instants de doute et de souffrance.<\/p>\n<p>Yama, c\u2019est s\u2019efforcer d\u2019abandonner peu \u00e0 peu l\u2019ego, son emprise et les douleurs innombrables qu\u2019il s\u00e8me. Niyama, c\u2019est cheminer d\u2019instant en instant vers plus de conscience et de transparence \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel.
