Le pranayama est la plus vitale des sciences, car en fin de compte toutes les \u00e9nergies qui se manifestent sous forme de vie sont d\u2019ordre pranique : consciemment tout \u00eatre vivant manipule du prana, depuis sa naissance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa mort, sans cependant faire du pranayama.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le but du yoga est d\u2019intensifier et de contr\u00f4ler consciemment ce m\u00e9tabolisme pranique<\/span><\/strong> pour d\u00e9cupler les \u00e9nergies physiques, mentales et psychiques de l\u2019adepte.
