Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;exercices appropri\u00e9s (1), d&rsquo;une respiration correcte (2), d&rsquo;une relaxation de bonne qualit\u00e9 (3), d&rsquo;une nourriture saine (4) et enfin de pens\u00e9es positives et de m\u00e9ditation (5). Cette page d\u00e9veloppe ce qu&rsquo;il faut comprendre par <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">une bonne relaxation:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une bonne relaxation <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">calme l&rsquo;organisme entier<\/span><\/strong>, comme la temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;une voiture est r\u00e9gul\u00e9e par son radiateur.<\/p>\n<p>La relaxation est<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> le moyen naturel de recharger le corps<\/span><\/strong>. Lorsque le corps et le psychisme sont continuellement surmen\u00e9s, leur efficacit\u00e9 diminue. Pour r\u00e9gulariser et \u00e9quilibrer le travail du corps et du mental, il faut apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9conomiser l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie produite par le corps, ce qui est en fait, le but principal de la relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>La vie sociale moderne, l&rsquo;alimentation, le travail, et m\u00eame ce que nous appelons les loisirs, (comme les soir\u00e9es dans les dancings), <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">tout, aujourd&rsquo;hui, rend la relaxation difficile<\/span><\/strong>. Nous d\u00e9pensons plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 garder nos muscles toujours pr\u00eats \u00e0 l&rsquo;action qu&rsquo;\u00e0 produire effectivement un travail utile. M\u00eame lorsqu&rsquo;elle se repose, une personne d\u00e9pense beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, parce quelle est inutilement tendue, tant physiquement que psychiquement. Ainsi, la plus grande partie de son corps est gaspill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Souvenez-vous qu&rsquo;au cours d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">notre organisme produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement toutes les substances et toute l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qui lui seront n\u00e9cessaires pour le lendemain<\/span><\/strong>. Pourtant, trop souvent, tout cela est d\u00e9pens\u00e9 en quelques minutes, lorsque nous sommes de mauvaise humeur, en col\u00e8re, bless\u00e9s, ou particuli\u00e8rement irrit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de relaxation, presque aucun prana n&rsquo;est consomm\u00e9.<\/span><\/strong> Ainsi, bien qu&rsquo;une partie soit utilis\u00e9e pour maintenir les activit\u00e9s m\u00e9taboliques de base, tout le reste est stock\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de parvenir \u00e0 la relaxation parfaite, il faut passer par <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">trois niveaux de relaxation<\/span><\/strong> : physique, psychique et spirituelle.
