Cette page d\u00e9veloppe ce qu&rsquo;il faut comprendre par <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">la<\/span> <span style=\"color: #993300;\">respiration correcte<\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La respiration correcte relie le corps \u00e0 sa batterie, le plexus solaire, o\u00f9 est emmagasin\u00e9e une immense \u00e9nergie potentielle. Stimul\u00e9e par des techniques de respiration sp\u00e9cifiques (pranayama), <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">cette \u00e9nergie est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e et permet le rajeunissement psychique et physique<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019elles respirent, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">la plupart des personnes n\u2019utilisent que partiellement leur capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire<\/span><\/strong>. Elles respirent superficiellement sollicitant seulement une petite partie de leur cage thoracique. Leurs \u00e9paules sont vo\u00fbt\u00e9es, elles \u00e9prouvent une tension douloureuse dans le haut du dos et dans le cou, et souffrent d\u2019un manque d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne. Elles sont facilement fatigu\u00e9es, sans comprendre pourquoi.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dont l\u2019infortun\u00e9e majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre nous a besoin aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est d\u2019un programme de respiration qui soit une aide, que l\u2019on soit au bureau, devant son fourneau, ou sa machine. La tension, et m\u00eame la d\u00e9pression, peuvent \u00eatre surmont\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une respiration correcte, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire une <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">respiration diaphragmatique<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le plus important bienfait qu\u2019apporte une bonne respiration, est la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">concentration du prana<\/span><\/strong>, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire de l\u2019\u00e9nergie psychique, car cela augmente le niveau de notre \u00e9nergie vitale. Le contr\u00f4le du prana m\u00e8ne au contr\u00f4le du psychisme.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les maladies du corps peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9truites radicalement en r\u00e9gularisant le flux du prana: ceci est le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">savoir secret de la gu\u00e9rison<\/span><\/strong>.
