Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;exercices appropri\u00e9s (1), d&rsquo;une respiration correcte (2), d&rsquo;une relaxation de bonne qualit\u00e9 (3), d&rsquo;une nourriture saine (4) et enfin de pens\u00e9es positives et de m\u00e9ditation (5). Cette page d\u00e9veloppe ce qu&rsquo;il faut comprendre par<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"> des exercices appropri\u00e9s:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les exercices de yoga, en am\u00e9liorant la circulation et la souplesse, sont comme un syst\u00e8me de lubrification des articulations, muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc. Parce que <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">le yoga prend en compte l\u2019\u00eatre tout entier et sa gu\u00e9rison<\/span><\/strong>, aucun autre syst\u00e8me ne peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des exercices qu\u2019il propose.<\/p>\n<p>Une posture (yoga asana) doit \u00eatre maintenue un certain temps (le mot \u00ab asana \u00bb signifie posture stable et ferme). Ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es lentement et consciemment,<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> les postures ne sont pas seulement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour le corps, elles sont \u00e9galement un exercice psychique de concentration et de m\u00e9ditation<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les exercices de yoga permettent tout d\u2019abord \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">la colonne vert\u00e9brale d\u2019\u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>. Celle-ci abrite le centre de notre syst\u00e8me nerveux, qui est le syst\u00e8me de communication du corps. Prolongement direct du cerveau, une colonne vert\u00e9brale en bonne sant\u00e9 induira celle du corps tout entier. En maintenant, par des exercices appropri\u00e9s, sa souplesse et sa force, on am\u00e9liore la circulation, les nerfs re\u00e7oivent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs et l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dont ils ont besoin, et le corps conserve sa jeunesse. Comme le dit un proverbe chinois, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00ab\u00a0Un dos souple, assur\u00e9ment, procure une longue vie\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les asanas (postures) agissent sur le m\u00e9canisme interne du corps tout entier, et, en particulier, sur les points de pression cl\u00e9s que sont les points d\u2019acupuncture chinois. En stimulant ces points <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">on augmente le flux de l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale<\/span><\/strong>, appel\u00e9e prana (en sanskrit) ou chi (en chinois).<\/p>\n<p>Mais les postures agissent \u00e9galement sur <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">les parties plus profondes et plus subtiles de notre corps<\/span><\/strong>. Les diff\u00e9rents mouvements qui composent ces postures massent et stimulent ainsi les organes internes, qui, tonifi\u00e9s, fonctionnent plus efficacement.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, les asanas \u00e9tant toujours pratiqu\u00e9es conjointement avec la respiration profonde, la relaxation et la concentration, elles aident \u00e9galement au <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">d\u00e9veloppement du contr\u00f4le du mental<\/span><\/strong>.
