La ligne ascendante est la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">p\u00e9riode de croissance<\/span><\/strong>, la pointe sup\u00e9rieure est la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">jeunesse<\/span><\/strong>, et la ligne descendante, le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">d\u00e9clin<\/span><\/strong>. La troisi\u00e8me pointe est la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">mort<\/span><\/strong>, mais la ligne qui forme la base du triangle est la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">vie apr\u00e8s la mort<\/span><\/strong> et elle s&rsquo;ach\u00e8ve \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re pointe, qui repr\u00e9sente alors une <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">nouvelle naissance<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9riode de croissance que l&rsquo;on appelle aussi <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00ab\u00a0processus anabolique\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>, atteint un palier vers dix-huit-vingt ans. Pendant la p\u00e9riode de \u00ab\u00a0jeunesse\u00a0\u00bb, le taux de rajeunissement des cellules est sup\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal au taux de vieillissement. Chez une personne normale, le corps conserve cet \u00e9tat de jeunesse et de sant\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trente ans. Vers trente-cinq ans, le d\u00e9clin ou<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> \u00ab\u00a0processus catabolique\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong> pr\u00e9domine, le processus anabolique diminue et le corps physique entre dans la phase de d\u00e9clin, pour aboutir \u00e0 cet \u00e2ge que l&rsquo;on appelle \u00ab\u00a0vieillesse\u00a0\u00bb, qui va de pair avec le d\u00e9sespoir et le cort\u00e8ge de maladies tant physiques que psychiques.<\/p>\n<p>Les yogis, cependant, affirment que nous ne sommes pas n\u00e9s pour conna\u00eetre seulement la douleur et la souffrance, la maladie et la mort, mais que <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">la vie a un but infiniment plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>. Toutefois, pour parvenir \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir ce but, il faut un intellect ardent et p\u00e9n\u00e9trant, une volont\u00e9 forte, ce qui n\u00e9cessite un corps et un psychisme en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet objectif, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">les anciens sages ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me complet<\/span><\/strong> permettant d&#8217;emp\u00eacher ou de retarder le d\u00e9clin, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire le processus catabolique, et de maintenir les facult\u00e9s physiques et psychiques en bon \u00e9tat.<\/p>\n<p>En observant avec attention le mode de vie et les besoins des hommes et des femmes de notre \u00e9poque, nous pouvons synth\u00e9tiser cette ancienne sagesse du yoga en <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">cinq principes de bases<\/span><\/strong>, que chacun d\u2019entre vous pourra ais\u00e9ment int\u00e9grer dans sa vie quotidienne.
