{"id":3414,"date":"2017-04-04T06:19:08","date_gmt":"2017-04-04T04:19:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?p=3414"},"modified":"2025-12-23T13:48:21","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T12:48:21","slug":"la-non-respiration-pranayama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?p=3414","title":{"rendered":"La non-respiration (pranayama)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Voici le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">commentaire<\/span> <\/strong>que laisse Jean Bouchart d&rsquo;Orval dans sa traduction des Yoga S\u00fbtras de Patanjali au sujet du <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">pranayama<\/span> <\/strong>et de l&rsquo;aphorisme:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Nous pouvons alors d\u00e9velopper notre \u00e9nergie en pratiquant la non-respiration, le pranayama<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>(<em>Yoga Sutra, II-49<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e2na est l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale; celle-ci n&rsquo;a pas de forme sp\u00e9cifique et peut donc toutes les emprunter. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie avant m\u00eame qu&rsquo;elle ne se manifeste sous une forme quelconque. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Tout ce qui bouge, tout ce qui pense, tout ce qui change, est une expression de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Son expansion est donc essentielle si nous d\u00e9sirons effectuer le saut qui attend la pens\u00e9e en chemin. Afin de pouvoir <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">percer le voile de l&rsquo;illusion<\/span><\/strong>, il convient non seulement de pr\u00e9venir les fuites indues de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale, mais aussi d&rsquo;en laisser la subtilit\u00e9 s&rsquo;exprimer (&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons d\u00e9j\u00e0 recueillir un immense bienfait, simplement en <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">observant notre respiration<\/span><\/strong>. Par la respiration, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie circule d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on \u00e9minemment perceptible. Un mental calme se traduit par une respiration lente et profonde; \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse, une respiration pos\u00e9e engage le mental \u00e0 la paix et favorise l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de l&rsquo;Esprit.<\/p>\n<p>Le mot h\u00e9breu <em>rouha<\/em>, le mot grec <em>pneuma<\/em> et le mot latin <em>spiritus<\/em> d\u00e9signent tous \u00e0 la fois le souffle et l&rsquo;Esprit. J\u00e9sus ne d\u00e9clare-t-il pas \u00e0 Nicod\u00e8me: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le vent (l&rsquo;Esprit) souffle o\u00f9 il veut; tu entends sa voix, mais tu ne sais ni d&rsquo;o\u00f9 il vient ni o\u00f9 il va<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (Jean 3,8).<\/p>\n<p>A premi\u00e8re vue, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">le pranayama vise \u00e0 mener l&rsquo;attention au-del\u00e0 du cycle normal d&rsquo;inspiration et d&rsquo;expiration<\/span><\/strong>. L&rsquo;\u00eatre humain \u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb inspire et expire, d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on plus ou moins consciente, plusieurs fois par minute. Mais il respire de l&rsquo;air, sans plus; du moins c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;il croit&#8230; Le fait est que ce qui se passe au niveau physique refl\u00e8te le mouvement de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie subtile.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de prendre conscience de ce mouvement subtil. Quand nous inspirons, nous devenons quelqu&rsquo;un; quand nous expirons, nous devenons personne. Tel est le sens attach\u00e9 au flot de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie subtile et cela r\u00e9sume parfaitement le paradoxe qu&rsquo;est l&rsquo;homme, qui est homme et Dieu, mortel et immortel, limit\u00e9 et illimit\u00e9. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">La dualit\u00e9 fondamentale de l&rsquo;\u00eatre humain s&rsquo;exprime \u00e0 merveille dans cet incessant va-et-vient du flot de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/patanjali-yogas-sutras-kundalini-ekongkar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"175\" height=\"290\" \/>La respiration joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation spirituelle<\/span><\/strong>, car le diaphragme repr\u00e9sente une v\u00e9ritable porte entre le monde de l&rsquo;\u00e9motivit\u00e9 (le plexus solaire) et celui de l&rsquo;ouverture universelle (le plexus du coeur). La ma\u00eetrise du diaphragme subtil permet de franchir la distance qui s\u00e9pare les deux.
