C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;id\u00e9al&#8230; quoique un peu insolite.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s9F09C7nZao?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prenez les parties souterraines (<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">bulbes ou racines<\/span><\/strong>) de plantes au feuillage vert, telles que du gingembre, de l&rsquo;ail, des oignons, des betteraves, des carottes, des navets ou des radis&#8230; et hachez le tout tr\u00e8s finement.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter du son, autant que vous voulez, du c\u00e9leri, des courgettes, des \u00e9pices, des graines de carvi, des piments rouges ou verts, des graines de fenouil, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer l&rsquo;eau, la levure et la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">farine<\/span> <\/strong>(1\/3 de farine pour 2\/3 des l\u00e9gumes), <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">m\u00e9langez et p\u00e9trissez<\/span><\/strong> le tout jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se tienne.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Formez des pains<\/span><\/strong> ovales de 4 ou 5 centim\u00e8tres d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, placez-les sur une plaque huil\u00e9e, couvrez avec un linge sec et propre, et laissez reposer dans un endroit chaud durant une nuit, voire m\u00eame une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re pour obtenir une p\u00e2te bien ferment\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Cuisez<\/span> <\/strong>ensuite \u00e0 350\u00b0 durant 90 minutes ou le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour que le pain soit bien dor\u00e9. Laissez refroidir puis coupez en tranches dont l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur est inf\u00e9rieure au centim\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9talez les tranches de pain sur une plaque de cuisson et <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">laissez les s\u00e9cher au soleil<\/span><\/strong> la journ\u00e9e, durant plusieurs jour (vous les rentrez chaque soir), jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">un pain dur comme de la pierre<\/span><\/strong>. Vous pouvez choisir de les faire s\u00e9cher au four, mais de cette fa\u00e7on le pain ne peut \u00e9videmment pas absorber l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du soleil et vous perdez ce b\u00e9n\u00e9fice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Et voil\u00e0, il n&rsquo;y a plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 consommer ce pain dit \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9ditatif\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>.
