Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ind\u00e9sirables augmentent l\u2019inflammation et peuvent favoriser diverses maladies faisant de la viande une option moins souhaitable lorsque le renforcement musculaire et la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>De 2002 \u00e0 2005, les chercheurs de l\u2019Institut h\u00e9breu \u00ab <em>Aging Research<\/em> \u00bb et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Massachusetts ont observ\u00e9 la masse musculaire, la force, et la densit\u00e9 osseuse de 3000 participants en lien avec les habitudes alimentaires, les personnes observ\u00e9es \u00e9taient \u00e2g\u00e9es de 17 \u00e0 72 ans. Ils ont constat\u00e9 qu\u2019un bon apport en prot\u00e9ines conduit \u00e0 une meilleure sant\u00e9 musculaire et squelettique, cependant <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">la source de prot\u00e9ine n\u2019est pas importante<\/span><\/strong>, qu\u2019elle soit v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ou animale c\u2019est sans importance. \u00abNous savons que les prot\u00e9ines alimentaires peuvent am\u00e9liorer la masse musculaire et la force \u00bb , a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chercheur principal, le Dr Kelsey M.
