Plus vous \u00eates concentr\u00e9 sur le temps, pass\u00e9 et futur, plus vous manquez le moment pr\u00e9sent, la chose la plus pr\u00e9cieuse qui soit.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des humains ne sont jamais pleinement pr\u00e9sents dans le moment pr\u00e9sent, parce qu\u2019inconsciemment ils croient que le moment suivant sera certainement plus important que celui-ci. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Mais alors vous ratez votre vie enti\u00e8re, qui n\u2019est plus jamais le moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">D\u00e8s que vous honorez le moment pr\u00e9sent<\/span><\/strong>, tout malheur et tout combat disparaissent, et la vie se met \u00e0 couler dans la joie et la facilit\u00e9.
