Sa recette : des concours de cuisine exigeants mettant en avant des assiettes <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">100 % de saison, bio, v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et locales<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En 2014, l\u2019association Saveurs durables, avec le soutien institutionnel de la R\u00e9gion Ile de-France et des CFA UTEC et EPMTTH, a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un concours adress\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves et apprentis en restauration franciliens. Il fallait r\u00e9aliser une soupe et une tarte \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un panier compos\u00e9 <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">exclusivement d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, locaux, bio, de saison et<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">peu transform\u00e9s<\/span><\/strong>. Les recettes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les candidats \u00e9taient originales et vari\u00e9es. Un succ\u00e8s \u00e0 tous points de vue!<\/p>\n<p>Saveurs durables a remis le couvert en 2015 avec ses partenaires, en \u00e9largissant les candidatures au futurs serveurs et ma\u00eetres d\u2019h\u00f4tel.
