Vous savez&#8230;, ce mantra: <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00ab Ong Namo Gourou D\u00e8v Namo \u00bb<\/span><\/strong> qui est chant\u00e9 trois fois au d\u00e9but de chaque cours.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mantra <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">nous centre sur notre identit\u00e9 la plus haute<\/span> <\/strong>et ouvre un espace s\u00e9curis\u00e9 et \u00e9pur\u00e9 (sans attente, sans orgueil, sans peur, \u2026) propice \u00e0 la pratique. Il est l\u2019outil qui \u00e9voque et<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> nous rattache \u00e0 cette cha\u00eene \u00ab spirituelle \u00bb<\/span><\/strong>, ce canal par lequel la sagesse de la tradition du Kundalini Yoga circule et demeure vivante.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Adi mantra ouvre ainsi la pratique en nous connectant \u00e0 nos enseignants et aux enseignants de ceux-ci.<\/p>\n<p>En chantant \u00ab Ong \u00bb, on colle la langue contre la partie arri\u00e8re du palais, le palais mou. Le palais dit \u00ab\u00a0dur\u00a0\u00bb, car osseux, est en avant alors que le tiers arri\u00e8re du palais est dit \u00ab\u00a0mou\u00a0\u00bb car il est principalement constitu\u00e9 de muscles.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Ong Namo<\/span><\/strong> = je salue l\u2019\u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Namo<\/span> <\/strong>= je salue, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ong<\/span> <\/strong>= \u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice comme dans Ek Ong Kar.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Gou-rou<\/span><\/strong> : <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">gou<\/span> <\/strong>= ombre, comme dans une grotte. Notre grotte \u00e0 nous, notre grotte quotidienne, c\u2019est notre corps. Gourou = amener la lumi\u00e8re (<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">rou<\/span><\/strong>) dans notre grotte, notre corps. C\u2019est l\u2019illumination. Gourou, c\u2019est cette sagesse qui apporte la lumi\u00e8re l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle est absente.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">D\u00e8v<\/span> <\/strong>= divin. Donc : \u00ab Je salue cette \u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice qui m\u2019am\u00e8ne de l\u2019ombre \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re et me fait conna\u00eetre le divin, la divinit\u00e9 (= je me connecte \u00e0 la sagesse divine). Si le mot \u00ab divin \u00bb vous g\u00eane vous pouvez tout aussi bien vous rattacher au: \u00ab lien spirituel qui est en vous.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Namo<\/span> <\/strong>= je salue (\u00e0 nouveau).<\/p>\n<p>On chante ce mantra au minimum 3X, avec une pression des deux paumes jointe, les pouces en contact avec le sternum (moudra de pri\u00e8re). Ce moudra de pri\u00e8re, on l\u2019appelle \u00e9galement posture neutre car c&rsquo;est une posture \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et d&rsquo;union, sans dualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Ong \/ Om<\/span> <\/strong>: <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Om<\/span> <\/strong>= \u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice non manifest\u00e9e, tandis que <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ong<\/span> <\/strong>= \u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice manifest\u00e9e, en action, qui cr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le na de Namo est particulier. Na est une syllabe de n\u00e9gation. Dans la vie, la n\u00e9gation ultime c\u2019est la mort. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Na<\/span> <\/strong>= mort (voir aussi le panj shabad : Sa ta <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">na<\/span> ma). Donc, on ne chante pas naaaaaamo. C\u2019est l\u2019inverse, le na est court et le mo est long : namoooooo.<\/p>\n<p>La mani\u00e8re de chanter ce mantra suit quelques r\u00e8gles.
