Elle repose sur <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">des exercices de respiration simples<\/span><\/strong> qui aident peu \u00e0 peu \u00e0 se recentrer sur l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent et \u00e0 prendre du recul par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019agitation et aux ruminations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Ce livre est une v\u00e9ritable bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pour aider son enfant \u00e0 changer d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit et de relation avec le monde qui l\u2019entoure.<\/span><\/strong> On trouve : Des exercices \u00e0 faire au quotidien (sur le chemin de l\u2019\u00e9cole, \u00e0 table, quand on regarde un film ensemble, etc.) pour apprendre \u00e0 regarder, \u00e9couter, d\u00e9couvrir ses \u00e9motions.
