Des m\u00e9thodes et techniques existent, des livres r\u00e9pertorient les meilleures blagues de l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u2026 <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Mais il y a encore plus simple et carr\u00e9ment plus direct: le yoga du rire.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Le yoga du rire est un concept r\u00e9volutionnaire<\/span><\/strong> n\u00e9 de l\u2019id\u00e9e originale du Dr Madan Kataria, un m\u00e9decin de Mumbai. En Inde, il a lanc\u00e9 le premier club de rire dans un parc le 13 Mars 1995 avec seulement une poign\u00e9e de personnes. Aujourd\u2019hui, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est mondial et des milliers de <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">clubs de rire<\/span><\/strong> sont aujourd\u2019hui recens\u00e9s dans plus de 100 pays. Le yoga du Rire s\u2019impose par sa facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 installer un bien-\u00eatre complet chez ses pratiquants. Techniquement, le yoga du rire combine des rires sans raison avec des respirations yogiques (pranayama). <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">N\u2019importe qui peut rire sans raison<\/span><\/strong>, sans recourir \u00e0 l\u2019humour ou \u00e0 des blagues. Est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 un rire simple, dans un premier temps abord\u00e9 comme un exercice en groupe et qui va se transformer rapidement en rire r\u00e9el et contagieux.
