Kriya (en sanskrit) signifie \u00ab action, pratique \u00bb et m\u00eame \u00ab c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ces exercices utilisent et s&rsquo;appuient sur les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">polarit\u00e9s homme \/ femme<\/span><\/strong>. Par le travail en couple, un jeu particulier de partage des \u00e9nergies est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 et les exp\u00e9riences qui en d\u00e9coulent sont intensifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de pratiques de Kundalini Yoga avanc\u00e9es qui sont accompagn\u00e9es de<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> directives pr\u00e9cises<\/span><\/strong>. L&rsquo;espace est toujours ouvert avec l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=301\">Adi mantra<\/a> avant leurs pratiques, elles ne sont pas propos\u00e9es aux d\u00e9butants, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est partag\u00e9e uniquement avec le partenaire (sans effet de groupe), elles ne durent pas plus de 3 minutes et on n&rsquo;en retrouve qu&rsquo;une ou deux dans un m\u00eame cours, etc. Voir: <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1337\">D\u00e9roulement d&rsquo;un cours de Kundalini Yoga<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter toute m\u00e9prise, il importe de pr\u00e9ciser que ces pratiques <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">ne visent aucun objectif en lien avec la sensualit\u00e9 ou la sexualit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>. Ces exercices se doivent d&rsquo;\u00eatre abord\u00e9s avec un esprit neutre et pur.
