Entre autres explications: 1 repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;Unit\u00e9; 0 repr\u00e9sente le vide ou l&rsquo;accomplissement de la pratique spirituelle; et 8 c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;Infini. Chaque mala compte \u00e9galement une perle suppl\u00e9mentaire, plus volumineuse, appel\u00e9e \u00ab <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">perle du Gourou<\/span><\/strong> \u00bb \u00e0 laquelle est fix\u00e9 un pompon qui symbolise le lotus coronal \u00e0 mille p\u00e9tales.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Des r\u00e8gles pr\u00e9cises pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation du mala<\/span><\/strong>. Par exemple, on commence toujours par la premi\u00e8re perle, juste apr\u00e8s celle du Gourou, que l&rsquo;on tire vers soi, et ainsi de suite pour r\u00e9aliser un tour complet. Le premier tour s&rsquo;arr\u00eate \u00e0 la perle du Gourou qui n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9pass\u00e9e. Pour continuer, le mala est habilement retourn\u00e9, d&rsquo;une seule main pour repartir en sens inverse.<\/p>\n<p>Une utilisation particuli\u00e8re s\u2019appuie sur la connaissance de l\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">anatomie des points r\u00e9flexes et des m\u00e9ridiens des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des doigts<\/span><\/strong>.
