{"id":720,"date":"2016-07-15T20:33:08","date_gmt":"2016-07-15T18:33:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=720"},"modified":"2024-10-18T10:18:08","modified_gmt":"2024-10-18T08:18:08","slug":"le-yoga-et-le-systeme-endocrinien","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=720","title":{"rendered":"Le Yoga et le syst\u00e8me endocrinien"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #8c282c;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Le Yoga et le syst\u00e8me endocrinien<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La plupart des enseignants et des manuels de Yoga \u00e9tablissent des <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">corr\u00e9lations<\/span> <\/strong>plus ou moins pr\u00e9cises entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/span><\/strong> (chakras, nadis, etc) et les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">structures anatomiques ou physiologiques<\/span><\/strong> telles que d\u00e9crites dans la pens\u00e9e occidentale (lire l\u2019avertissement : <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=722\">Corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique versus corps physique<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Le Kundalini Yoga ne fait pas exception \u00e0 cette tendance et ainsi, il propose des s\u00e9ries, des prayanamas ou des m\u00e9ditations qui <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">agissent sp\u00e9cifiquement sur telle ou telle glande endocrine<\/span><\/strong>, par exemple : S\u00e9rie sp\u00e9cifique pour les <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=707\">surr\u00e9nales <\/a>et les reins et S\u00e9rie pour l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=699\">hypophyse<\/a> dans The aquarian teacher, niv. 1 ; Exercices pour le syst\u00e8me nerveux et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre glandulaire dans Yoga for youth and joy ; S\u00e9rie de m\u00e9ditations sur le souffle pour l\u2019\u00e9quilibre glandulaire dans Manuel pratique ; Equilibrer les <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=701\">glandes pin\u00e9ales<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=699\">pituitaire <\/a>et l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=715\">hypothalamus<\/a> dans Owner\u2019s manual for the human body ; etc<\/p>\n<p>Dans de nombreux <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">commentaires des s\u00e9ries<\/span><\/strong> il est fait mention des actions stimulantes, harmonisantes et \u00e9quilibrantes de certaines techniques (postures, respirations, r\u00e9citation de mantras, etc) sur le syst\u00e8me endocrine, am\u00e9liorant ses fonctions, \u00ab son rayonnement ou sa fr\u00e9quence \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En particulier l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=699\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">hypophyse<\/span><\/strong><\/a> \u00ab la glande ma\u00eetresse du corps \u00bb, l\u2019<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #008080; text-decoration: underline;\">hypothalamus<\/span><\/span> et plus encore la <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=701\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">glande pin\u00e9ale<\/span><\/strong><\/a> font l\u2019objet d\u2019une attention particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Pour diverses raisons, et en particulier du fait de sa position centrale dans le cerveau, beaucoup d&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8ses tant physiologiques que m\u00e9taphysiques entourent le r\u00f4le de la <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=701\">glande pin\u00e9ale<\/a>. Et cela, pas uniquement dans le Kundalini Yoga, il suffit de surfer sur internet pour trouver une abondante litt\u00e9rature \u00e0 ce sujet. En occident, suivant les th\u00e9ories de Ren\u00e9 Descartes, la glande pin\u00e9ale est d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant le \u00ab\u00a0si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;\u00e2me\u00a0\u00bb. En orient, dans la tradition v\u00e9dique et dans le yoga, mais aussi dans certaines traditions religieuses chinoises, la glande pin\u00e9ale est associ\u00e9e au 3\u00e8me oeil ou \u00e0 certains chakra, tant\u00f4t Ajna, tant\u00f4t Sahasrara.
