{"id":701,"date":"2016-07-24T20:01:20","date_gmt":"2016-07-24T18:01:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=701"},"modified":"2024-10-18T10:16:46","modified_gmt":"2024-10-18T08:16:46","slug":"lepiphyse","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=701","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019\u00e9piphyse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #8c282c;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">L\u2019\u00e9piphyse ou glande pin\u00e9ale<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9piphyse, plus connue sous le nom de glande pin\u00e9ale est une <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">petite glande<\/span><\/strong> situ\u00e9e entre les deux h\u00e9misph\u00e8res c\u00e9r\u00e9braux. Elle produit principalement la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">m\u00e9latonine<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de la m\u00e9latonine est p\u00e9riodique. Elle <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">d\u00e9pend de la lumi\u00e8re<\/span><\/strong> ambiante, son taux s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve tant que le corps reste dans l\u2019obscurit\u00e9, ainsi elle atteint son maximum vers le milieu de la nuit et son minimum aux alentours de midi. Elle influe donc sur les processus physiologiques rythmiques (temp\u00e9rature corporelle, app\u00e9tit, veille\/sommeil, saisons, etc).<\/p>\n<p>Par son action sur l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=715\">hypothalamus<\/a> et sur l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=699\">hypophyse<\/a>, il semble que cette hormone retentisse \u00e9galement sur les m\u00e9canismes de la reproduction : cycle menstruel chez la femme et spermatogen\u00e8se chez l&rsquo;homme. Des effets contre le vieillissement, toujours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u00e9vidence.<\/p>\n<p>Pour diverses raisons, et en particulier du fait de sa position centrale dans le cerveau, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">beaucoup d&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8ses <\/span><\/strong>tant physiologiques que m\u00e9taphysiques entourent le r\u00f4le de cette glande. \u00a0Il suffit de surfer sur internet pour trouver une abondante litt\u00e9rature \u00e0 ce sujet. En occident, suivant les th\u00e9ories de Ren\u00e9 Descartes, la glande pin\u00e9ale est d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant le <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00ab\u00a0si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;\u00e2me\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>. En orient, dans la tradition v\u00e9dique et dans le yoga, mais aussi dans certaines traditions religieuses chinoises, la glande pin\u00e9ale est associ\u00e9e au <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">3\u00e8me oeil<\/span><\/strong> ou \u00e0 certains chakra, tant\u00f4t Ajna, tant\u00f4t Sahasrara.
