Dans la philosophie du yoga, l&rsquo;alimentation est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une m\u00e9decine.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la nature des aliments et la mani\u00e8re de les pr\u00e9parer, <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">voyez le chapitre:<\/span><\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1893\">Le r\u00e9gime alimentaire yogique<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Pour ce qui est de la mani\u00e8re de manger cela peut constituer un v\u00e9ritable \u00ab kriya \u00bb<\/span><\/strong> (un exercice tout comme le sont les postures, les pranayamas etc), un exercice qui peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 quotidiennement, appel\u00e9 Bhoj kriya ou \u00ab <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">comment manger consciemment pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9<\/span><\/strong> \u00bb.
