On parle de la sadhana matinale. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une autodiscipline. Sadhana en sanskrit d\u00e9signe la pratique, le chemin spirituel. Plus exactement Sadhana pourrait \u00eatre traduit par \u00ab le moyen d&rsquo;accomplir quelque chose. \u00bb La Sadhana induit la notion d&rsquo;un effort pour atteindre un objectif et en ce sens ce mot est proche de celui d&rsquo;asc\u00e8se. <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Pour en savoir plus &gt;<\/span><\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1365\">La sadhana matinale<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Telle que transmise au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 90, la Sadhana matinale dite \u00ab pour l&rsquo;\u00e8re du Verseau \u00bb vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper toutes les qualit\u00e9s indispensables pour assumer cette transition vers l&rsquo;\u00e8re du Verseau, et les d\u00e9fis qu&rsquo;elle impose.<\/p>\n<p>Cette Sadhana matinale a lieu avant le lev\u00e9 du jour. <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Elle se compose<\/span><\/strong> de la lecture du Japji Sahib (texte sacr\u00e9 \u00e9crit par un grand mystique sikh, au 15\u00e8me si\u00e8cle), de la pratique d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie d\u2019exercices (environ 1 heure), d&rsquo;une courte relaxation et ensuite d&rsquo;une m\u00e9ditation chant\u00e9es avec 7 mantras sp\u00e9cifiques (environ 1 heure).<\/p>\n<p>Au total, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">la sadhana matinale dure environ 2h30<\/span><\/strong>. Cette dur\u00e9e est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par une loi dans la philosophie yogique qui dit que tout ce que le pratiquant donne est multipli\u00e9 par dix.
