{"id":1898,"date":"2016-07-26T18:48:54","date_gmt":"2016-07-26T16:48:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1898"},"modified":"2016-07-26T18:48:54","modified_gmt":"2016-07-26T16:48:54","slug":"qualite-des-aliments","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1898","title":{"rendered":"Les qualit\u00e9s de la nourriture"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #8c282c;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Les qualit\u00e9s de la nourriture<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Guna-ayurveda-yoga-Bretagne-e1469767881949.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"175\">Trois qualit\u00e9s<\/span> (gounas)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans la tradition yogique, des <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">qualit\u00e9s propres<\/span><\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019aliments.<\/p>\n<p>Suivant la th\u00e9orie dite des <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">gounas<\/span><\/strong>, les aliments peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">sattviques, rajasiques ou tamasiques<\/span><\/strong>, en fonction des vertus qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9sentent, des sens qu\u2019ils stimulent et de leurs effets sur le mental et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des doshas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Les aliments peuvent ainsi \u00eatre :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>neutres, l\u00e9gers et <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>\u00e9quilibrants <\/strong><\/span>(sattviques)<\/li>\n<li>positifs et <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>\u00e9nergisants <\/strong><\/span>(rajasiques)<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e9gatifs, <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>lourds <\/strong><\/span>ou souill\u00e9s (tamasiques)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La plupart des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes (gorg\u00e9 de soleil) sont <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">sattviques<\/span><\/strong>, les \u00e9pices, l\u2019ail, les oignons et beaucoup de produits de la terre sont <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">rajasiques<\/span> <\/strong>et enfin toutes les viandes, les \u0153ufs, les aliments industriels, les conserves, l\u2019alcool et les drogues sont <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">tamasiques<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les aliments sattviques sont <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>, ils procurent la joie et le calme mental. Les aliments rajasiques <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">insufflent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/span><\/strong> ce qui est tr\u00e8s utiles dans la vie moderne, mais ils nourrissent \u00e9galement la col\u00e8re et excitent les passions. Enfin, les aliments tamasiques <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">apportent la lourdeur<\/span><\/strong>, la paresse, les sentiments d\u00e9pressifs et ouvrent la porte aux maladies.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/six-saveur-ayurveda-yoga-Bretagne-e1469767905881.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"350\">Six saveurs<\/span><\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\"> (rasas)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une importance particuli\u00e8re est \u00e9galement attach\u00e9e \u00e0 la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">saveur des aliments<\/span><\/strong>, et ce n\u2019est pas seulement pour des raisons gustatives.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque aliment contient <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">six saveurs<\/span><\/strong> en proportions vari\u00e9es, lui donnant ainsi une sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 unique (amers, acides, piquants, doux\/sucr\u00e9, sal\u00e9s ou astringents). En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral une saveur (rasa = essence) pr\u00e9domine, les autres sont dites non-pr\u00e9dominantes (anurasa).<\/p>\n<p>Et c\u2019est selon leur saveur que <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">chaque aliment affecte l\u2019organisme<\/span><\/strong> et l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res. Chacune des six saveurs entretient des liens particuliers et influencent d\u2019une fa\u00e7on sp\u00e9cifique chacun des trois doshas.<\/p>\n<p>Par cette connaissance et l\u2019adoption d\u2019un r\u00e9gime alimentaire choisi, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">il est possible de maintenir l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>. Et lorsqu\u2019un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre est identifi\u00e9, une adaptation r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie de l\u2019alimentation devient un v\u00e9ritable rem\u00e8de, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">un outil de gu\u00e9rison<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Voici <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">une br\u00e8ve description des six saveurs<\/span><\/strong>, accompagn\u00e9e de quelques exemples d\u2019aliments qui les repr\u00e9sentent.
