Parmi celles-ci, le concept de tridosha (trois doshas) est central. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de diagnostics, de traitements ou de recommandations di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques, toutes les pratiques sont \u00e9tablies sur base de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des trois doshas.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">doshas<\/span> <\/strong>font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des types biologiques, des constitutions physiques, ou encore des \u00ab forces dynamiques \u00bb. Ils sont la combinaison en proportions in\u00e9gales des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments (terre, eau, feu, air, \u00e9ther). Pour une personne, \u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre des trois doshas et \u00e9tablir son dosha (ou combinaison de doshas) dominant est essentiel. Cela permet de comprendre sa nature physique et psychologie, de d\u00e9terminer ses tendances, ses forces et ses faiblesses, et enfin d\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">adopter un mode de vie et un r\u00e9gime alimentaire appropri\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas un dosha ou une combinaison particuli\u00e8re de doshas qui soit meilleure ou sup\u00e9rieure aux autres. Chaque personne poss\u00e8de un point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre. Par ailleurs les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres sont la racine de toutes les souffrances et de toutes les maladies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Pour chaque personne, le point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre de ses trois doshas est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 avant la naissance<\/span><\/strong> lors du d\u00e9veloppement dans l\u2019ut\u00e9rus. Il ne peut \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 par la suite.
