Il suffit d&rsquo;interroger le web, faire une requ\u00eate sur cette simple phrase, pour d\u00e9couvrir que cela ouvre des milliers de pages. C&rsquo;est le titre de sites, d&rsquo;articles, de livres, de guides nutritionnels, d&rsquo;\u00e9missions TV, de comptes Twitter ou Facebook, etc.<\/p>\n<p>En occident, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">cette prise de conscience<\/span><\/strong> que l\u2019alimentation (tout comme le yoga, la m\u00e9ditation et les massages) est susceptible de jouer un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans le maintien d\u2019une sant\u00e9 parfaite est assez r\u00e9cente. Ailleurs, en Inde surtout, cette notion fait partie des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 les plus anciens.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/ayurveda-yoga-Plouray-Bretagne-2-e1469765730929.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"234\">Le r\u00e9gime alimentaire yogique<\/span><\/strong> s\u2019appui lui \u00e9galement sur cette constatation que chaque fois que l\u2019on absorbe de la nourriture, nous influen\u00e7ons et fa\u00e7onnons notre vie toute enti\u00e8re. Ce r\u00e9gime s\u2019appuie en particulier sur l\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">ayurveda<\/span><\/strong>, la science m\u00e9dicale la plus ancienne connue au monde, apparue et pratiqu\u00e9e en Inde depuis plus de cinq mille ans.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ayurveda est bas\u00e9 sur une <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">vision globale<\/span><\/strong>, il observe la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">personne enti\u00e8re<\/span><\/strong> et pas uniquement les aspects particuliers qui dysfonctionnent. Dans le domaine de la nutrition, l\u2019ayurveda offre d\u2019innombrables outils de compr\u00e9hensions, des recommandations concr\u00e8tes et des indications pratiques, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque individu en fonction de son profil physiologique et psychologique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ayurveda met l\u2019accent sur <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">le principe d\u2019\u00e9quilibre<\/span><\/strong>.
