Le yoga, c\u2019est adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 certaines id\u00e9es et certaines pratiques, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">c&rsquo;est un art de vivre<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Il y a un style de vie particulier associ\u00e9 au yoga<\/span><\/strong>, on parle m\u00eame de philosophie yogique. Le yoga et les sciences connexes comme l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1890\">humanologie<\/a> ou l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1894\">ayurveda<\/a>, mettent \u00e0 la disposition des hommes et des femmes toutes les connaissances et les outils utiles au d\u00e9ploiement de leur plein potentiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Cela implique<\/span><\/strong> donc une mani\u00e8re de manger, de prendre soin de son corps, de se soigner, de communiquer, d&rsquo;\u00eatre en relation avec les autres, d&rsquo;organiser le rythme de ses journ\u00e9es, d&rsquo;avoir des rapports sexuels, de concevoir des enfants, d&rsquo;assumer son r\u00f4le de conjoint et de parent, de consid\u00e9rer les implications propres aux diff\u00e9rents cycles de la vie, etc<\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne, de soin apport\u00e9 au corps, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">les yogis et yoginis ont ainsi certaines pratiques qui leur sont propres<\/span><\/strong>, notamment: se lever t\u00f4t, r\u00e9aliser diff\u00e9rents gestes particuliers lors de la toilette matinale, r\u00e9aliser la pratique quotidienne (exercices et m\u00e9ditations), prendre des repas de qualit\u00e9 (v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et ayurv\u00e9diques) dans un esprit particulier, se d\u00e9tendre, dormir.&nbsp;A titre d\u2019exemples :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1933\">un rituel au r\u00e9veil et avant d&rsquo;aller dormir<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1934\">une toilette matinale bien orchestr\u00e9e<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1935\">du yoga et de la m\u00e9ditation tous les matins<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1936\">manger consciemment (bhoj krija)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab<em> Imaginez le corps comme une voiture capable de hautes performances. Comme si vous lui donniez seulement du super carburant pour la faire tourner sans \u00e0-coup. Vous l\u2019am\u00e8neriez \u00e0 la station service fr\u00e9quemment pour les vidanges et la maintenance pr\u00e9ventive. Vous l\u2019aimeriez et vous en prendriez soin.&nbsp;<\/em><em>Nous devons traiter notre corps au moins aussi bien que nous traiterions cette voiture.
