Cette concentration se r\u00e9alise sans cligner les yeux, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les larmes s&rsquo;\u00e9coulent.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la tradition du hatha yoga, tratakam est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une des 6 actions de purification du corps avec dhauti (vomissement yogique), basti (lavement intestinal), n\u00e9ti (d\u00e9toxification des narines), nauli (massage abdominal) et kapalabhati (respiration rythmique d\u00e9toxifiante).<\/p>\n<p>Au m\u00eame titre que les moudra des mains, du corps, de la langue, etc, tratakam est un \u00ab geste \u00bb qui permet <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">de canaliser le flux des \u00e9nergies<\/span><\/strong>, et par l\u00e0-m\u00eame des pens\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00ab <em>Les yeux sont les portes du mental et lui sont intimement li\u00e9s. S&rsquo;ils sont fixes, le mental se fixe<\/em> \u00bb (Satyananda)<\/p>\n<p>Dans le Kundalini Yoga, la pratique de tratakam, appel\u00e9e \u00ab rayonnement mental \u00bb est en lien \u00e9troit avec celle du <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Gourou Yoga<\/span><\/strong>. Il est dit que le pratiquant \u00ab <em>devient ce sur quoi il m\u00e9dite<\/em> \u00bb. Ainsi, plut\u00f4t que de fixer le regard sur un objet commun ou la flamme d&rsquo;une bougie, le pratiquant peu choisir de poser son regard <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">dans les yeux d&rsquo;une personne sainte<\/span><\/strong> ou d&rsquo;une de ses repr\u00e9sentations.
