A l\u2019inverse prana est l\u2019\u00e9nergie g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice qui, tel un \u00ab oiseau \u00bb cherche toujours \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9chapper vers le haut. Apana et prana sont les deux p\u00f4les, n\u00e9gatifs et positifs, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Par l\u2019application de la fermeture de la racine (<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1399\">moula bandha<\/a>) et la fermeture du diaphragme (<a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1400\">ouddiyana bandha<\/a>), <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">apana est forc\u00e9 de remonter, et prana est contraint de descendre<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il est dit que la <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">fusion dans le centre du nombril<\/span><\/strong> de ces deux courants contrari\u00e9s produit un intense \u00e9chauffement qui est en mesure de <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">r\u00e9veiller la kundalini<\/span><\/strong> endormie et de permettre son ascension.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Les bandhas et les trois portes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019action des bandhas ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0 car l\u2019ascension m\u00eame de l\u2019\u00e9nergie se doit de <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">traverser plusieurs n\u0153uds (portes)<\/span><\/strong> qui demandent \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00ab d\u00e9verrouill\u00e9es \u00bb : le n\u0153ud de Brahma (au 1er chakra), le n\u0153ud de Vishnou (au centre du c\u0153ur) et le n\u0153ud de Shiva (au centre des sourcils). Et au passage de chacune de ces portes des qualit\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res s\u2019expriment : d\u00e9tachement, ouverture, expansion et non-dualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ces 3 n\u0153uds ou portes sont <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">d\u00e9verrouill\u00e9s par l\u2019application des trois fermetures<\/span><\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>par la <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1399\">fermeture de la racine<\/a><\/em> et l\u2019activation du feu au centre du nombril, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">la premi\u00e8re porte est travers\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong>. Cela entraine une attitude de non-attachement aux sensations, les capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 m\u00e9diter et \u00e0 maintenir une assise immobile sont accrues.<\/li>\n<li><em>par la <a href=\"http:\/\/ekongkar.yoga\/?page_id=1401\">fermeture du diaphragme<\/a><\/em> qui fait monter l\u2019\u00e9nergie du centre du nombril au centre du c\u0153ur, <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">la seconde porte est travers\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong>. S\u2019ouvre alors la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019entendre \u00ab anahad \u00bb, le son \u00ab non-battu \u00bb, la vibration primordiale.
